The Rev. Taylor P. Devine

The Rev. Taylor P. Devine joined Forward Movement in February of 2026. Taylor brings robust experience in leading intergenerational ministry, navigating generational change dynamics, and cultivating congregational vitality to her work on the Cedar team. She has also developed and led intentional Christian communities committed to service, prayer, and neighboring. A 2017 graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary, Taylor has served congregations in the Dioceses of Southwest Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland, and most recently as Associate for Intergenerational Ministries at Saint Philip’s in the Hills in Tucson, Arizona.

Taylor’s role centers on supporting diocesan and congregational leaders as they grow Christians in their unique contexts. Networks and relationships are crucial to sharing the gospel and are the core of her work.
