Abby Suarez

Abby joined Forward Movement in January of 2026. A graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.A. in International Studies, she spent several years working in non-profit administration before transitioning to Parish Administration for various churches in Western North Carolina, most recently at Calvary Episcopal Church in Fletcher, NC. In her current role, Abby enjoys using her skills in project administration, communications, and finance to support the visionary work of Forward Movement. Spanish is her second language, learned over the course of two years living in Spain. Back in North Carolina, she calls Asheville home with her two children where she worships at St. John’s Episcopal Church.
